Return and Refund Policy
1. Sales RETURNS only against MANUFACTURING DEFECT and not otherwise.
2. In case of some of the spare parts or accessories of the item ordered are missing (THE CHANCES ARE REMOTE) the buyer is requested to contact the seller immediately or maximum with in 48 hrs from the date of receipt of the item for suggestion / assistance.
3. NO ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE REPLACEMENT.
4. If the item ordered has arrived in DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE or is different from what was ordered it will be considered eligible for replacement provided the exact item is available with the seller.
5. In case of any issue related to the SIZE the product may be REPLACED but not REFUNDED.
6. Item must be returned in their original condition with price tags intact, user manual, warranty / guarantee card / original accessories and in the manufacturer’s original box / packing as delivered to you.
7. DAMAGE in transit shall be at the cost of the supplier. However necessary care & precaution shall be taken to avoid the possibility of any DAMAGE while in transit. However the customer is advised to check the physical appearance of the pack and even the slightest doubt if any should be brought to the notice of the supplier with evidence ( picture to be taken and forwarded to the supplier before opening the parcel)
8. Against any manufacturing defect the product shall be taken back and replaced with fresh stock within 15 days from the date of receipt of the RETURN at our end.
9. Courier expenses shall be at the cost of the buyer.
10. Duration of the return policy is 15 days from the date of receipt of ordered item at your end.
11. After the expiry of 15 days of the purchase we can neither offer you a REFUND nor EXCHANGE.
12. To complete your RETURN we require a RECEIPT of proof of PURCHASE.
13. The item purchased need to be sent to the point of sale for either REFUND or EXCHANGE and not to the MANUFACTURER.

• HOME & HEALTH PRODUCTS – BREAST PADS / SHIELDS / BREAST MILK CONTAINERS / SKIN CARE / DIAPERS / NAPPIES / FEEDING RELATED PRODUCTS / LANCING DEVICES / LANCETS / GEL PACKS / YOGA MATS AND ALL ITEMS INCLUDED IN THIS CATEGORY / ORAL CARE ITEMS.
FOLLOWING IS THE LIST OF ITEMS THAT CAN BE RETURNED AND ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR IN CASE OF MISSING SPARE PARTS OR ACCESSORIES.
• GYM & FITNESS EQUIPMENTS – AEROBIC TRAINING MACHINES LIKE TREADMILLS / HOME GYM / MULTI GYM / EXERCISE BIKES / MASSAGE MACHINES / EXERCISE BANDS
• HOSPITAL FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT – WHEEL CHAIRS / COMMODE CHAIRS / COMMODE WHEEL CHAIRS / WALKING STICKS OF ALL VARIETIES AND ANY OTHER PRODUCT LISTED IN THIS CATEGORY.
• DIABETIC & ORTHOPEDIC FOOT WEAR – NOT ONLY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECT BUT FOR VARIATION IN SIZE EVEN.
1. Immediately after the RETURN is received and inspected a mail will be sent to the customer to notify and confirm the receipt of the RETURN.
2. APPROVAL or REJECTION of the RETURN is solely under the jurisdiction of the supplier.
3. Approval or rejection of the RETURN also shall be notified to the customer.
4. If APPROVED the REFUND shall be taken up for processing and the credit shall be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment. The whole process shall be completed within 15 days from the date of APPROVAL for REFUND.
5. SHIPPING COSTS are NON – REFUNDABLE.
6. The cost of the REFUND shipping shall be deducted from your REFUND.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

2. Please contact the bank. Processing the REFUND may take some time.
